The room was spacious and felt like a studio flat. The Nespresso machine and microwave in the room were convenient for midnight munchies. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located a short 5-minute walk from the tube station.

Felt very comfortable and safe, no reason to complain.

The suite at Novotel was incredibly comfortable and spacious, providing plenty of room for relaxation. The separate shower and tub in the large bathroom added an extra touch of luxury. The fair trade products used for the shower gel and shampoo were a nice eco-friendly touch. The breakfast options were plentiful, with fresh fruit, bread, cheeses, and cereals. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the professional and helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's late-night check-in and flexible check-out time were convenient for our schedule.

Porte de la Chapelle metro station is within walking distance of the place, some 10 minutes on foot.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely bathroom. the hotel provided amenities such as a microwave and a small fridge, which was convenient for our stay during Christmas. Additionally, the hotel was located close to the Metro and city train, making it easy for us to explore the city.

The location of the hotel was not ideal. We encountered homeless people and beggars in the area, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable.

We were really impressed with this venue! The location was fantastic, with great access to the metro and easy driving access. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We especially loved the nice welcome drink that was offered to us upon arrival. The service we received from room service and housekeeping was impeccable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Finally, we were thrilled to find that the bar and lounge area provided special diet menus, making it easy for us to enjoy the food and drink.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
